Who Are We?
Ananda Dhwani — The Melody of Bliss — is a dedicated sound healing centre in the sacred landscape of Rishikesh, India. Unlike the many yoga schools here that offer sound healing as a side subject, this is our core practice and our life's work.
We run a CMA-UK accredited Sound Healing Teacher Training Course, taught personally by Varun and in small groups of no more than four, so every student receives real, hands-on guidance rather than getting lost in a crowd. Alongside the training, we offer one-on-one sound therapy sessions and restorative group sound baths for anyone who simply wishes to experience the healing first-hand.
Drawing on both ancient Indian wisdom and modern sound science, we are more than a school — we are a sanctuary where sound becomes medicine, and a genuine path to balance, clarity and inner peace.

How To Reach Rishikesh ?
FLIGHT
The closest Airport is the Jollygrant Airport (15 km) in Dehradun and is well connected to Delhi and other parts of the country.
TRAIN
The closest Railway station is Rishikesh Yoga Nagri Railway Station.
BY ROAD
You can board a direct bus, a Volvo from Delhi to Rishikesh at a cost of 500 – 1500 INR per person. These are pretty frequent, departing every 30 min or so from Delhi ISBT and takes about 4 to 5 hour time to reach Rishikesh. Private cabs are also available at the airport, which you can choose from.
